Rotary International District 3450 has initiated a new form of virtual exchange – VVE Plus – where Rotarians/ Rotaractors/ Interactors may initiate an exchange by forming a community and all exchange activities are self-initiated.

A pilot community has been initiated by PDG Kenneth Wong, and Rotarians from Hong Kong, Kampala (Uganda), London, Manila, Melbourne and Singapore joined the pilot community.
