Travelling to Uganda

While visiting Uganda, there are so many things that are in the “must-see” list but just to mention a few;
1. The Uganda museum as this will show case the culture of Uganda in its entirety while staying in the capital city centre.
2. The bwindi impenetrable forest. Here you will be able to track gorillas and also interact with the indigenous batwa people of the area. This is a population that has remained intact with their culture
3. Any of the national parks eg murchisson falls national park or the queen Elizabeth National park. Here, you will be able to see the “big 7” ie the elephants, the lions, the hippo, the buffalo, rhinos,the leopard, and the mountain guerillas(these can be found in western Uganda)
4. In order to get the feel of the Ugandan food, the local markets like Nakasero and owino also then make it to the list of the must-see.
5. Without visiting the Rwenzori mountain,the source of The River Nile, etc you haven’t seen the beauty of Uganda!
